Harvey Newman

This little camera belonged to a friend, Harvey Newman. Harvey was a customer of mine when I worked at Henrys. He always had a story and a joke. One day a person came in with a box of camera gear to be evaluated. The gear all seemed so familiar. One of the older pieces had the name Newman on it and my heart sank. Turns out Harvey had passed away and his son was clearing out his house. He said that his father had often talked about me and that I could pick out something. There was a Nikon D90 and a few other digital cameras but I picked this. I can picture Harvey as a young man, traveling in Europe snapping pictures.
