Winter imagesMy thoughts on winter photography - my favorite | Roseville - perfect fieldI believe this is the site of the international ploughing match. The field is so perfect. Straight lines, and a great stretch of land. |

The Ghost Ship(s)Do you see the second ship in the fog/ snow? I must be crazy to take pictures like this. The cold wind went through my coat that day. | Elmira ForestAll the snow is on the one side of the trees. In Elmira. Winter is beautiful! |
And then the snow came downI was near the Grand River in winter, and within minutes the snow came down. Thick, heavy flakes. I did some editing to bring out the image I witnessed. | Sun kissed snow fieldI love how the sun passed over the scene as I held my camera to it. I also like the "motion" of the hill and trees. |
Dusk... Waterloo RegionTaken at the end of a work day... probably November... I love the delicate color and field lines | Snow PinesI was waist deep in snow getting this image - fun!! |
Waterloo RegionAnother scene in my travels | Winter FarmI was on my way to an appointment, saw this, thought about the image, turned around and snapped it! This one looks wonderful printed on aluminum |
Road side snowy day imageTaking this photo was a bit dangerous.. we just had a huge snowfall and there wasn't a shoulder to park along. I basically jumped out and snapped it while trucks and cars whizzed past. | Snowy Day - Maryhill, OntarioThis is one of my first images.. also the one on the back of my business card. I will write a blog about the making of this photo soon. |
Wilmot CountyI remember shooting this roadside last March. The weather was "inclement". A driver passing by stopped and questioned "what on earth are you doing"? lol |
